File submission:
Photos- large, high resolution JPGs work best that have good detail and sharp focus. Tiny images where the person's head is very small or blurry will not make the best photo pendant. Do not crop photo tightly to head- allow the engraver to make adjustments to photo if necessary.

Handwriting- cell phone photos work great. Fill the frame as much as possible without cutting off any letters. Good lighting and sharp focus on a plain white background is ideal. Writing on lined or textured background are not recommended (like a passport signature). If the photo of writing is tiny and hard to read- please try again for a large image with good detail.
