Thumbies print memorial jewelry gives families and friends the unique opportunity to immortalize the prints of their loved one in a precision-embossed precious-metal key fob. A keepsake connected to a daily routine is wonderfully comforting. Standard, Heartfelt or Grand Thumbies Charms with any of our face designs are embedded in protective, crystal-clear Lucite.
Engraving adds more personalization. Standard and Heartfelt Charms allow two lines with up to 10 characters and spaces on each line.
The Key Fob with embedded charm measures approximately: 1-1/2W x 3L.
Heartfelt charm size: 5/8W x 11/16L
The final charm key fob will be delivered 4 weeks from the date we receive the order. Thumbies charms do not hold ashes.

How do I collect fingerprints?
Use any ink pad and plain white paper. Black ink works best.
Begin by studying the thumb of the person whose print is being taken.
Select the area of the thumb that is the most interesting. It is
generally the area on the pad of the thumb where the ridges swirl. This
is the area you will want to ink.
Practice taking prints on
any blank white sheet of paper. Lightly touch the inked surface twice
and then press downward on the paper. Use more of a tapping motion than a
rolling one. When you are satisfied with the look of the practice
prints, place five good prints along the bottom of plain white paper or a
white card. Artisans will select the clearest portion of the best print
for casting.
Scan prints at 600 dpi and save in jpg. format.
