Memorial Glass Urn Jewelry: Classic Square

These gorgeous square dichroic glass pendants are made with your loved one's ashes. The ashes can either be visible or hidden and it comes with a free hand-dyed 36" silk ribbon.  

When your order has been placed, the design process begins by sending you an Ash Collection Kit which will contain the following: Sterile vial and spoon to secure the ashes Return box with pre-addressed label and step-by-step instructions on how to safely return the kit to us. Within 2-4 weeks of receiving your ash collection kit, the finished piece will be returned to you (via registered mail) as well as any unused remains in their original vial.

Due to artisan hand-crafting, sizes are approximate and actual colors may differ from those shown above due to the complexity and unpredictable nature of dichroic glass. Each pendant comes with a permanently affixed sterling silver bail.
