Ancient Cycles Spinning Prayer Wheel

Clay stoneware Prayer Wheel. Removable lid with inlay of real leaf designs. Decorated with carvings, wax-resist and glazes to create a circular scene of mountains and moving animals. Real falling maple leaves, impressed into the wet clay, symbolize eternal cycles of life, death and resurrection. Mounted on a sturdy iron turn-table, the Prayer Wheel can be turned silently with a gentle push of your hand. Four words are impressed in the vessels underside: Gratitude, Love, Hope, Compassion. Lid showing inlay of real leaves can be removed to place ashes, written prayers and mementos inside.

Dimensions: 8" H x 8" W x 8" D
