I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your help during this difficult time. Due to an unexpectedly rapid deterioration in our dads health, and subsequent death, we were unable to pre arrange the funeral details. Thus, we were in a situation requiring a quality urn for a funeral within a few days. Your staff and the artist went above and beyond any expectations in helping us to obtain the urn of our choice, despite it being short notice. The urn was delivered the next day as promised. The additional inscription that was engraved onto them for us by the artist, without any fuss, has added that extra touch to make it truly special to us and a fitting resting place for our dads’ ashes. Thank you for making this an easy process at an emotional time.

I just wanted to send a thank you message to everyone involved with my recent purchase. From the day that I placed the order and someone (a very polite and sweet lady whom I unfortunately can't remember her name) called to confirm the engraving. To the second time she called me back to let me know that the artist had begun engraving the larger version of this urn by accident and that there would be no extra charge. And finally to the day that I received it and it looks absolutely perfect, I would have gladly paid the extra $40 or so for the larger one that I received. I very much appreciate the service and care that went along with the product. The extra attention to detail and concern with getting it right the first time. Thank you so much for making such a difficult time and difficult search for the right tribute to my father as easy as possible.
