Memorial Gallery is a family-owned business and we have someone available on the phone at 1-877-996-URNS (8767) or 206-829-8000 to help the families we serve from 6am to 4pm Pacific time seven days a week. In the event that you are not able to reach someone on the phone, leave a message and we will call you back by the end of the business day (or sooner, if possible). We also check and respond to our email numerous times throughout the day at service@memorialgallery.com.
