Biodegradable Urns: Unity Floral Heart

Our unity floral heart biodegradable urns are made from renewable and 100% natural barks and inlaid flowers that look and feel every bit as natural as the great outdoors. Each unity urn includes a water-soluble plastic bag which secures the ashes when dry and dissolves quickly when wet. The top of the urn can be opened and resealed for scattering some or all of the ashes prior to it's final placement or burial. Each urn is handmade using a centuries-old papermaking technique in which the bark from the mulberry tree is harvested without harming the tree. The bark is soaked, and the resulting pulp is laid out on bamboo screens, often with floral material inlaid, and dried in the sun. Once dry, the paper is used to create these beautiful and earth-friendly urns.
